Update from Juan Barnes

It has been a very exciting year with a lot of wonderful experiences. I am thrilled that we only have a month left of classes. Looking forward to graduation in June and I plan to take the P.R. license test on June 28. After that I plan to start working and continue studying for the NCLEX which I plan to take before the end of the year. I also hope that I can start teaching in August. It has been an incredible journey full of emotions and I do not regret any minute of it.

Hello All,
I have been really busy working on finishing up classes for my BSN. I also acquired ACLS certification from the American Heart Association. Did I mention I am also trying to get study time in for the NCLEX? It is so amazing how time flys by. There is never enough of it. I still have not decided on a specialty in nursing but I have found a few areas I am more interested in than other. Those are Oncology and Operating Room. I really enjoyed the experience I have had in these areas and I am very interested in learning more about them. Well, I really need to hit the books!
